forgot what you thought you knew?

Burning Furnace Diet

Over the past few weeks we've been accepting quite a few new
students of my Fat Burning Furnace method.

We've finally caught up with most of our existing student's
questions, so we've begun accepting a flood of new students
looking to get lean, strong, and healthy in just a few
minutes each week.

You may be wondering why we are so flooded with questions
from new students, since I designed the Fat Burning Furnace
method to be as easy to understand and implement as humanly
possible.

Following the guidlines and roadmap I've laid out isn't very
difficult, in fact it's one of the easiest to understand
group of princples and systems available.

Still, there are some new students that come back to us
after a few weeks complaining that they're not seeing the
results they'd like. Yes, that's right. Not every single
person who becomes a FBF student sees the results they'd
like. Why?

Burning Furnace Diet

Because they're not following the FBF method! One student
asked me what they were doing wrong with their workouts.

I took a look at what they were doing and saw that it was
missing 2 of the three vital princples for success in fat
loss exercise. These are all laid out simply and repeated
several times in the FBF system, but they seemed to have
escaped this student entirely.

Sure, they bought the system, download the materials, maybe
even read through them. But then something bad happened.

Instead of accepting the concepts and principles in the FBF
system and giving them an honest effort, they allow their
pre-conceived notions about fat loss, health, and fitness to
create a barrier as they go through the material in the
system.

So when they being to implement some of the techniques, they
modify them based on their past experience, or ignore some
completely.

While this may work for someone who knows a good deal about
this stuff already, it's not OK for most people expecting to
get maximum results.

Why is that? The concepts and secrets I teach are in many
ways so "against the grain" of what's commonly recommended
or what exists in most people's frame of reference on how to
get lean, strong, and healthy, that they're just going to
get mixed results.

What I want to impress upon you is this. When you download
and start reading my Fat Burning Furnace eBook, you have to
forget what you thought you knew about health and fitness
for a moment. Read through the secrets and concepts like a
child who is taking their first steps.

Those that do this are the ones who see immediate and
continuous improvement.

Hey, I used to think I knew alot about this stuff a few
years back when I was experiementing with various popular
routines and methods.

That was until I found the secrets and principles that I use
today to stay in top shape year round in just mintues per
week and without starving myself, counting calories, or any
of that other crap that will either not work or drive you
mad in the process.

By the way, if you haven't yet read my Fat Burning Furnace
guide, you need to go and do that right now.

I lost over 40 pounds of fat, totally reshaped my body,
boosted my energy and health immensely...and I did in just a
few months with workouts that last just 15-20 minutes
performed 2-3 times each week.

It took me years to learn all of the secrets I use...but you
can download my system right now and discover them for
yourself in just a few minutes here:

Watching carbs?

Burning Furnace Diet

I was shopping at my favorite healthy foods market the other
day and overheard a couple of ladies talking about a
particular packaged food product.

They were discussing the ingredients and then one of them
says something like "well it only has 10 NET CARBS, looks
good to me!".

Let me tell you, "Net Carbs" are one of the BIGGEST LIES
pushed on you by the food industry these days!

Here's what "Net Carbs" are supposed to be, what they really
are, and how to avoid falling for this SCAM that's keeping
you fatter...

BEWARE FOOD INDUSTRY MARKETING LINGO:

The food industry likes to create fancy sounding 'buzzwords'
that grab your attention...then market all of their products
to you this way.

You know a little a while ago the diet trend switched from
low fat diets to low carb diets. Well, the food industry
giants were well aware of this and figured out a tricky
little way of telling you their products have less carbs
than they actually do!

Dozens of products on the shelves now are labeled with 'Net
Carbs' or 'Impact Carbs'. Again, these terms sound
official, but they're just made up marketing lingo from the
food industry.

HOW CARBS AND 'NET CARBS' ARE MEASURED, WHAT'S THE SKINNY?

The US FDA calculates carbohydrate content for any food by
subtracting grams of protein, fat, water, and ash from the
total weight of the food.

The number is then listed on the food label as total
carbohydrates. (this we can trust)

Food Manufacturers, however, calculate 'Net Carbs' by taking
total carbohydrates and subtracting fiber, glycerin, and
sugar alcohols (all forms of carbohydrates).

This 'calculation' makes it seem there are less
carbohydrates in their products, and suggests that the
products don't raise blood sugar and fat storing even though
they do!

WHY THIS IS BAD NEWS FOR THE UNINFORMED:

'Net Carb' and 'Impact Carb' labeling has expanded to
hundreds of other foods and will make you think you are
eating fewer carbs and calories than you actually are.

Yeah, I would be ticked off too!

We should be cutting back or eliminating processed carbs
like added sugars (fructose), and stuff like cookies, cakes,
breads and pastas from refined flowers...BUT...

These unscrupulous food industry marketers would have you
believe that THEIR cookies and cakes, etc. are just fine and
dandy...that they are different because they have less 'Net
Carbs'.

And now you know...well, that this is just a bunch of B.S.!

Alright, rant over... I hope this will help steer you clear
of some of the false buzzwords out there in your efforts to
live lean.

these 3 vegetables fight your belly fat..

Of course you know vegetables are good for you and help you
get and stay lean, but I'll bet you didn't know that there
is a specific type of vegetable that contains very specific
nutrients that actually help to fight against your stomach
fat...

Am I right? I thought so!

Let me explain what they are and how you can use them right
away...

Burning Furnace Diet

Now here's how this whole 'belly fat blasting vegetables'
thing works:

There are certain chemicals in our food supply and our
environment, such as pesticides, herbicides, and certain
petrochemicals from household cleaners, cosmetics, etc. that
can act as xenoestrogens.

Xenoestrogens have an estrogenic effect which can wreak
havoc in your body, causing hormone balance disruptions for
both women and men.

This estrogenic effect that you are exposed to every day can
stimulate your body to store belly fat, along with many
other problems.

So here's where these specific vegetables come in handy...

Certain vegetables known as "Cruciferous" vegetables contain
unique phytonutrients such as indole-3-carbinol (I3C) that
help to fight against these estrogenic compounds-

-What are these vegetables?

That's the best part!

Broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage are
just a few...all readily available at most every grocery
store.

And by fighting against these belly fat stimulating
estrogenic chemicals, these super veggies will help you win
the battle against stomach fat!

Alright, so get out there and eat your cruciferous
veggies...and tell your friends and family who how they too
can keep the belly fat away with these powerful
phytonutrients.
